Gentle Yoga at Greenspace Cowork
Additional Information:
This class will include a 10-minute savasana (guided rest/meditation) at the end of class. We will be practicing yoga on wood floors. If you have a yoga mat, please bring it with you! Fran has some yoga mats available if you want to double up or you don't have one.
Unfortunately, we don't have any props at this time, so the flow that Fran creates will be accessible without props. If you have any yoga props at home (blocks, bolsters, blankets, etc.) you are absolutely welcome to bring with you!
Accessibility & Parking:
The space is handicap accessible via elevator (3rd Floor). Parking on the weekends is free. More info about the space and this event can be found here.
