Please feel free to bring your own yoga mat, but I have some available to use if you don’t have one! Unfortunately, we don't have any props at this time, so the flow that I create will be accessible without props. If you have any yoga props at home (blocks, bolsters, blankets, etc.) you are absolutely welcome to bring with you!

Accessibility & Parking:

50 Arrow Gallery is handicap accessible and is located on the 1st Floor. Parking in the Eastworks lot is free. I suggest parking in the lot with the marquee sign if you’re looking for an entrance without stairs.

Sliding-scale pricing: $10 and up.
